You will be given a short introduction to the sport and then take a walk with map and instructor to learn what all of those map symbols mean and how to interpret them on the go. It would be a good idea to look through the legend on <a href="https://ottawaoc.ca/test/index.php/our-maps">our maps page</a> before the clinic. Wear clothing suitable for the weather, walking or jogging, with shoes or hiking boots that can take some mud and water.</p><p>We will meet at the back of the Nepean Sportsplex parking lot.</p><p>Please pre-register by April 21 so we can be sure to have enough maps and sufficient instructors for all.</p><p>The registration form can be found from our main menu at ottawaoc.ca under events/clinics</p> 2017
