<p><strong>Description </strong></p><p>This Halloween prepare your self for a spooky Vampire-o at Queen Elizabeth Park! </p><p>For those who haven't participated in a Vampire-O before, it is basically a Score-O with a twist - two people will be selected as the initial vampires. If a vampire can tag another runner, the vampire takes the runner's score card and map and then becomes a runner - the tagged runner then becomes the new vampire. Remember, it sucks to be the vampire. Make sure you show up for the explanation/Q&A at 6:30. </p><p>There will be a map exchange for those doing the Vampire-O and a beginner (Score-O) course for those not interested in being chased through the park by fast people with red lights on their heads (the beginners have "vampire shields").</p><p>Runners in costume get a five minute head start!!</p><p><strong>Schedule</strong></p><p>6:15 pm - Introduction to Orienteering for Beginners</p><p>6:30 pm - Our explanation of the rules</p><p>6:45 pm - Mass start (Five minutes earlier if you wear a costume!)</p><p>8:00 pm - Course Closure, participants must report to the Finish by Course Closure Time.</p><p><strong>Courses: </strong></p><p><strong>What to bring: </strong></p><p>Headlamp (preferably with red setting) and (optional) a costume ! !</p><p><strong>Safety Precautions:</strong></p><p><strong>Parking/Start/Finish Locations: </strong></p><p>Main parking lot at Queen Elizabeth park</p><p><strong>Post-Event Dining</strong>:</p><p>Chaise </p><p>4444 Main Street</p><p><strong>Acknowledgements:</strong></p><p>Without
