<p>Get a little exercise at a mass start Score O in the afternoon prior to the New Years Social, AGM and pot luck and on the Redwood Meadows map.</p><p>After the Mass Start Score O (which starts at 2:30) we'll gather in Redwood Meadows house at 4pm for our New Years Social gathering. FWOC will provide snacks, pop and juice, feel free to bring your own alcoholic beverages.</p><p>Between 5 and 6:30pm we hold our AGM. During the AGM the kids will have choices of entertainment in and around Redwood Meadows House with proper supervision, details to follow.</p><p>The pot luck dinner and volunteer appreciation will start right after the AGM, 7PM at the latest.</p><p>We'll need volunteers to set this all up, you can find the <a href="https://www.volunteersignup.org/JL8CM?classic" target="_blank">sign up sheet here</a>.</p><p><strong>Important</strong>: the event is free for all members but you need to be a member to run the race and vote in the AGM.
