Parking is free. Or be green and take public transit or bike.</p><p>Training: This practice will focus on reading vegetation. The specific exercise for this practice will be determined at a later date.</p><p>HPP and Train to Train program athletes will start with a group warm-up that anyone is welcome to join.</p><p>Food drinks and social: Anyone that wants is welcome to join us afterwards at Moose McGuires (across the street). When you send an email to reserve a map please mention if you are interested in coming out afterwards so we can make a reservation. </p><p>A reminder to please e-mail Jeff Teutsch at programs@ottawaoc.ca by noon on Thursday to reserve a map.
