Advanced and Team Canada athletes will have the option of doing the loops with a 'fog-o' map where parts of the map are blanked out.The intermediate group will have an opportunity to do one of the loops with an instructor and then can do more loops on their own. You will want to have a headlamp with you this week as it will be getting dark around 7:00, and about half an hour earlier in the woods. We recommend a headlamp with a rating of at least 500 lumens and more is better.
