Just because the terrain is open and flat does not mean it is easy orienteering. Focus is on compass technique.</p><p>As it is fall and sunset comes early, everyone should bring a headlamp. The first couple of weeks it may not be necessary with the headlamp, but later it is a must to have good light. A lamp with at least 500 lumens is recommended.<br></p> 5187
