&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;This week's WET is on the North False Creek map. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;We have put together the following courses:&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sprint O-tervals&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;A series of technical intervals making use of most of the map. Do all 4, or any combination of them. Just be back on time :) &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;We recommend arriving close to 18:30 if you plan on completing all 4 with a humane amount of rest.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Beginner&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;A shorter and much easier course that does a loop of BC Place. Suitable for those newer to the sport. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Do not jaywalk the roads marked out-of-bounds on the map. Crossings are marked. On the O-tervals course, try to ignore time lost at crosswalks when making your route choice decisions.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;h4&gt;Schedule&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;18:00-18:30: Beginner coaching&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;18:30: Starts open&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;19:15: Last start&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;20:00: Course closure&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;h4&gt;Registration&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Registration deadline is Tuesday (6 May) at midnight.
